What about wetlands?
Wetlands are mapped in the field first, and avoided where possible.
What we know
Field delineation, mapping wetlands on the ground, comes first. The aim is to avoid wetlands where possible. Where that is not possible, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 permit and a Kentucky Section 401 certification are required.
